I love this saying, because I firmly believe that when you learn to see beauty in everything around you, then you learn to see the beauty in yourself. When you slow down and take the time to notice the first blush of a new rose or the spring green of a budding tree, or stop long enough to notice how the gentle breeze rustles through the tall grass than you have allowed your body to breathe in nature's beauty and you have put yourself at rest, allowing those experiences to flow through you. We are not only what we eat, but we are also what we think and feel. So if we feel these beautiful things then we are bound to feel more beautiful. We all know and agree that stress plays a big part in our health. We know how important it is to look after our body-that we must strengthen ourself with proper nutrition and a healthy dose of exercise. But it doesn't stop there. We need to love and respect ourself, our whole self. Lack of self love is often a root cause of most skin and beauty problems, diseases even. It's important to take time to listen to music, listen to silence, listen to nature and at the same time keep visions of beauty in your mind. Tell yourself how lovely you are, how beautiful you are and believe in it. You will be amazed how this daily exercise of self love will transform your health, your skin, your beauty!
